A restaurant may enter anything from a single course to a five course meal for their entry. A single course entry must be an entrée. If you choose to submit a combination of 2 or more courses, the entrée is required to be one of the entries and only 1 entry allowed per course.

Choose a minimum 4 week consecutive period of time that your entries will be promoted and available on your menu. Choose any consecutive four week period May through end of September

For each entry submitted, elaborate and provide supporting documents (photos, menus, etc...) based upon the following judging criteria:
Place ALL documets for ALL entries in a folder/directory and name the folder/directory the name of your restaurant with no spaces or special characters then compress the folder/directory into a .Zip file
(Example: NorthCarolinaSampleRestaurant)
How to .Zip (compress) a folder
Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
Right-click the file or folder, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
A new compressed folder is created. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.
If your restaurant's name is "North Carolina Sample Restaurant", your .zip file should be named something like ... NorthCarolinaSampleRestaurant.zip
